"I would not recommend for men's formal wear. The selection is almost non-existent. Beyond that, I feel like if I am paying you $1,200 for a suit you should tell me that after I purchase it I can't return it. I understand that alterations make the return harder, but how am I supposed to make an informed decision when the suit fits so poorly before the fitting? My fiance liked the suit so we bought it. I went to pick it up and instead of a proper garment bag, it was in a clear trash bag. The suit is wrinkled and smells like an 80 year woman, which tells me it was not stored properly. Just go to men's warehouse and save yourself some pain and money."

"Had a good time with the folks in order pickup. I could tell they were slammed and they still managed to give me good service with a smile and theyre always worth a hoot an a half. They took my heavy item to my car with no complaint and gave out stickers to my kid. Easily best department in the store as far as personability goes. I make sure to do my online orders there for those kid’s personalities."
"Nordstrom employees are usually very attentive and great. But this visit made me not want to ever go back to this location. I went to customer service to retrieve a gift card since mine was stolen. I was told that all they have to do was look up my account to find the amount and give me a new card. Skair D. was helping me, he told us to seat down and he will look up my account really quick. He then proceeded to help 5 other customers, so I went up to him and asked if he at least found my account and then he ignored me and started talking about drama with one of his coworkers. Apparently someone is sleeping with someone and they don’t approve of it. When he finally looked up my account it took him 2 minutes to give me another card. My friend and I were seating there for 30 minutes before he finally got to us. I would understand if they were understaffed, or if he was communicating with me why it’s taking forever. But there was three other employees that could have helped. I won’t be going back to this Nordstrom in Tacoma mall."
