"We had another company out before Wallace. They tried to charge me 4x the amount Wallace charged and cut my fan wire to try to force us to replace the system. Kevin came out, found the exact problem and the cut fan wire. He was able to fix the wire, get the part we needed and left us with our fireplace looking as good as new. We have worked with them in the past too, and have always been happy. We have decided this is the only company we will call on. Honest, fair, and caring. Edited to add - 2 weeks later and we have had 2 issues (to no fault of this company) and they have returned (twice) to figure out the issues and resolved them both. I felt like one of those pain in the butt customers that just complains and they assured me that they didn’t feel that way. They genuinely cared about the issues and returned as quickly as possible. I really can’t recommend them enough."

"Be warned that this company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They installed two gas log systems in our two fireplaces and when one system quit working and their technician could not fix it, they then claimed that they never installed it! Even after sending them proof that they installed it they still claimed they did not install it and refused to do anything to stand behind their product that was partly covered by warranty. They sent out a technician that did not have the training and experience to troubleshoot and make the repair and then lied that they never installed the gas log system to cover up."

"I hope this place don't mess us up. It's been two weeks since we put down our deposit on a fireplace (5k). The installer is a separate cost. There is a total disconnect on communication between the business and the installer. Apparently, measurements should of been done prior to the install. The office suppose to schedule that. Still waiting!!"

"Great customer service! Purchased a pellet stove insert. In and out in 20 minutes. Thank you, will recommend to family and friends. Added 1/16/23: Had one hiccup with the pellet stove and called for service. Customer service rep Erin walked me through the issue, emailed support material and was absolutely great! They have earned my business forever."
