"It was my first time trying this place and I am highly impressed with the customer service & food quality. The lady who took my order was very understanding and patient with me. I ordered myself vegetables pho and added beef to it and ordered unseasoned meat with unseasoned steam vegetables for my dog. I will definitely be coming back. I make all my dogs food from home, so it’s nice to find a place to get togo orders from that will not season his food."
"Generally pho Hong phat is my go to pho place for their broth. But this place was recommended by 2 of my Vietnamese friends. Today I wasn't feeling well so I decided to do a pick up order. Broth - 4/5 stars. Only due to preference because I like my broth on the sweeter side (I'm a sugar addict I guess haha). But my bf and I enjoyed their broth, it has so much aromatic flavor and spices. I ordered the pho bo vien and they did not skimp out on the meat balls and steak! It was a hearty healthy bowl. Chicken wings spicy - not that spicy but wow this is one of the best nuoc mam wings I've had. Again, packed with flavor. Being viet myself and born and raise in the bay area and raised with home made pho & surrounded by authentic pho restaurants on every street - it's hard to find a good pho place to compare. So happy to tried this place that reminds me a bit of home. If you want authentic pho - come here. I will be coming back to try their other items!"
"We arrived for lunch at 11:30am. Our first visit to My Pho. We were seated immediately as there was no one else in the restaurant. After pondering an extensive menu the waitress asked if we were ready. We mentioned this was our first visit and the menu was a little overwhelming. “If you have any questions just ask,” she said and immediately walked away. Hmmm. Not sure who were we were supposed to direct our questions to. Anyway, I ordered the N3 Vermicelli dish with grilled pork and shrimp. My wife ordered the N6 Vermicelli dish with stir fried chicken. My wife got her dish first and the waitress walked away saying she would be back. Several uncomfortable minutes later, after I had informed my wife to go ahead and start without me, I got my dish. Nice looking plate of food though there was no evidence of the pork being grilled at all. The side dressing is very tasty. The vegetables were all super fresh. The vermicelli was okay though a bit over for my taste. By the end of the meal the vermicelli could not be taken off the plate with a fork or chopsticks. 25% of my meat was fat and gristle. I asked the waitress if that was normal. She simply said, “Yes.” My wife’s chicken was tender with no fat or gristle. It ate well for her. Mine did not as I has a significant pile of inedible meat laying on the table. When the waitress came over very late in the meal to ask if everything was okay I pointed to the pile and she made no comment and walked away. The price-point is high and there are no lunch deals so that explains that the hour we were there (11:30-12:30) only two other patrons came in. We usually give a new place at least two tries, but with the uncaring service and high price point we will not be making another visit to My Pho. There are too many other very good, established Pho places to choose from in this area."
"My daughter and I had beef stew and grilled pork fried egg rice dish. The food is just superb. Plus, we got the Thai iced tea and green tea smoothie, and it's really good! Highly recommend!"
