Has all the metal and plastic containers in all kinds of shapes and sizes. You could almost totally equip a food truck here. With commercial grade mixers and blenders and fryers. I could spend an hour here. And the guy at the desk is super knowledgeable and helpful."

Big selection of restaurants supply and more than enough options for the home cook to be pretty set as well. "After calling in advance to reserve a high temp dishwasher when ours unexpectedly broke down, I drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time. It was ready to go and that was great. But when I went back in to get a few additional supplies (2 of the 4 they didn't even carry), I was pressured to wrap up my shopping so that they could close. I felt incredibly offended that they would tell me "I don't mean to rush you, but we need to close," 2 minutes before 5, after I had just spent $4,500 dollars there! I will never return."
