"I was attempting to purchase a slightly used recliner (used for a week). It didn’t help my back and it clickes everytime it moves. And I can’t get the leg rest down. I called to return it and was told it would be picked up today, Friday. It wasn’t even on the schedule. My son bought me a new one that’s coming tomorrow and I have no room for it. These people are ignorant"
"We got a washer and dryer that we are still paying on. Called to have them look at the dryer cause it was making a noise. Never got a call back. Washer started only running on one cycle and called for that. They said they’d come out to look at them never showed. Said they would call to set up appointment never did that. Went in to set up appointment and was told they could come look at them and would bring a loaner washer and dryer came out to the house and said they don’t have loaners. Asked how long and they said they don’t know how long we would go without the washer and dryer. And since then haven’t gotten a call or nothing from them about trying to figure this out. Poor customer service and don’t seem to want to help."
"I have done business with this store for 7 years and 3 managers and thousands of cash. We are now being harassed by drivers showing up demanding payment when payment is not contracted as late, stating they have tried to contact via phone on the same phone we have used for 7 years. This is very untrue and and completely unprofessional. We have decided to cut ties with this store and give a public reprimand of there over aggressive, lies, harsh worded (at the door)and bullism tactics to loyal customers without cause."
"I have been a customer at this location several times. About a week ago when they came to pick up my furniture I was returning they showed up very unprofessionally dressed. The girl Victoria who was helping the driver wearing flats that kept falling off while trying to lift the sectional out of the house. She couldn't fit her end of the couch out of the front door so she ended up making a fairly large dent in my front door. She took pictures and said a manager would follow up with me. Over a week later they tried calling me... Not a manager but Victoria telling me I would need to take pictures myself and that the damage to the door "wasn't that bad". She continued to tell me that I needed to cooperate with her. I've never had a bad experience with this place until now. The workers are extremely unprofessional and very dishonest."
"I’ve purchased items from the Aaron’s just paid off a reclining chair, last payment on bunk beds. Good quality furniture so far perfect, no problems. Worked with Derrick often didn’t really have problems. Came in this Friday to look for a hide a bed. They didn’t know what that was. So I explained it to them. None were available but the worker Victoria said they had a special going on and had a lot of over stock in the back room, they just needed to get rid of it. So I picked out a set of couches . She was going to call the manager who was off to see how much the promo deal was just to get them out of the store. No manager was available till Monday. I was calling every day to get that promo code special. No manager in store though till Monday. Lupita the manager said I missed the promo sale it was Monday and the furniture might not even be there no more anyways there sending it to a different store. So I asked to speak to the district manager who had to fix my account last time he did me right to on my account mix up a few months ago. So I asked to specify speak to hi. Or his email. No response yet."
