Rick Campbell patiently and professionally walked us through the numerous alternatives available. We made our purchase and received our new range today. The delivery team of Brandon and William were OUTSTANDING. They took exceptional care during the delivery and set-up to protect my home and furnishings. Getting the range cooking surface height precise and level with our counter-tops required several adjustments. Brandon and William repeatedly "tweaked" the adjustable leveling feet until I was completely satisfied. The two gentlemen were willing to take the time needed to get it right ... uncommon customer service!"

"Beware of the Parts Department pricing and return policies. Needed a part for a Whirlpool dryer at a rental property my brother & I own. We purchased both the washer there in May of 2018. When I received the needed part, I was invoiced $75 for the dryer vent screen which consisted of a 6 inch piece of plastic. My brother had ordered THE SAME EXACT PART on Amazon and paid $25. When I tried to return the $75 part, I was told they couldn't refund me the $75 because the part wasn't in the original packaging (which was a sealed plastic bag basically). I even had the part # stickers that originally came on the package, as I had received it.. I was also told that it had been too long (6 weeks) since I had received the part, so my "window" of returning had expired. I was credited 1/2 of the cost of the part (less WA. State tax) but @ $75 for a piece of 6 inch plastic, they still made money, and they got their $75 part back to sell to someone else for $75. We just completed a complete remodel of the kitchen at said property and are in the market for a new refrigerator, stove & dishwasher. Guess Judd & Black just took their name off our list of possible appliance stores to purchase these items."
