"Some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. I went into to ask about a a part that I’m having a real hard time finding online. Just needed some guidance and thought they could help. When I walked in, I asked if they sold parts to the reply of “ we don’t sell parts”. To which I replied, “ Ok, can I show……and was cut off with the response of “we do not sell parts, period”. Extremely rude."

"I don't normally leave reviews but I absolutely have to give this place some serious props! We bought a beautiful refurbished refrigerator from them, practically new for probably a third of what we would have paid for a new one! We live way up in Marblemount and these guys delivered our new one and took the old one for us. We should have measured our door before buying because our new refrigerator did not fit. The two guys who brought it up, Justin and Vince were so great!!! Justin and Vince were so nice and professional, they had to remove the doors to get it in our house then put them back on. They were completely prepared and had our beautiful new refrigerator in our house and up and running with the doors back on in no time. I hope the owner reads this review because these two guys are real keepers! Thank you for everything, return customers for sure!!"

"We had a great experience with this store. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped me. She was so nice and knowledgeable. They delivered as promised and the delivery crew was very friendly and professional. We did have an issue with the used appliance we bought but they resolved it right away and were so nice about it. Their return policy is fair for used appliances and they made it right as their policy states. Definitely recommend"

"Had an $800 fridge delivered for my dream kitchen remodel after seeing their listing online. Asked lots of questions about condition, which I discovered they had they grossly misrepresented after it was delivered. They then adamantly refused to do anything about it or take it back without delivery fees. I would trust them as far as I can throw this dented, scratched fridge they sold me. RESPONSE: Yes, 7/31/17 is when I bought the fridge. When I contacted your staff soon after delivery, they refused to help, just like you did when I contacted you just now."
