"Please be cautious at this goodwill. There are card skimmers put on the card readers meant to steal your card information and pin. My card info was stolen from this location. Card skimmers are put over the top of regular card readers and steal your pin and scan your card. The reason I know it is this location is this is the only place I have used my card in a couple weeks and suddenly my info is stolen. I do not suggest shopping at this location if you don't want to risk this. Be safe out there yall and check your bank account often for fraudulent activity."
"Prices for the used items, which is most of the items, are pretty pricey if u need to get a specific item and it's not the color that's on sale! I have left ALOT of items cuz I can't afford the items. I thought it was supposed to b at a great discount for us poor people or us on a VERY tight budget that we live on. My daughter goes thru clothes fast n I can't afford to go there I use the yard sales and garage sales cuz we can kind of afford them."
"I went and donated a bunch of stuff a few days ago, and this girl with teal in her hair was just so rude about the questions I was asking. It was like I was Being too much for her, and that it was just too inconvenient that I was asking these questions. When I said, never mind, I’ll just come back another day. She mumbled something underneath her breath. I couldn’t hear what she said but she was really rude.. I have a lot of friends and family that come in and donate stuff to Goodwill because that’s what we do with our stuff and I have heard the same stories about her from my friends and family too. Some people hate their jobs, but don’t be rude when it’s literally your job to take the donations."
"Have been a customer for years, not so much any longer. After a trip to Hobby Lobby, I decided to stop here. For almost the exact same item, a metal vase at Hobby Lobby (you know their high prices), Goodwill's item was higher priced than Hobby Lobby. Goodwill has gone crazy with pricing."
"Was shopping, untangling a long necklace and trying on earrings and soon their security guy comes sauntering over. We were chatting about high school and Facebook and thrift shopping. I explained that my passion was jewelry and I showed him the pearls I had found. They were half off of 5.49. Later on I saw him staring me down when I was in the dishes then I approached a manager and chatted with her. She had good customer service, I might add an extra star just for her assistance. Debbie. God bless Debbie The HUGE experience was with the other shoppers! People know a plethora of information and are willing to help you read the bottom of a sandwich glass vase! Hilariously was informed that a customer blocking a womans way was her husband and "I've been trying to outrun her for the past 45 years!" The security guy, Andy, I don't know what to think of him. I knew immediately who he was, having worked security myself. So, it seemed cleaner than usual. Full of nice dishes. Almost too full. People haven't received their income tax return yet, still paying off Christmas maybe. Anyway, the merchandise was awesome. The customers were funny and observant of my space, helpful too. Security guard, not so much. Won't be back for a while."
