"Listed as a platinum Evinrude repair facility. Had an electric issue with my Evinrude. Was told dropping it off that his tech “hated working on the Feicht”. After an inspection, I was informed what part had failed and that it was no longer available. A new motor was needed. Boat and motor are circa 2000. He offered to replace my motor with a 1995 for $5000. No thanks. $140 to look at it. Took my boat into another repair shop. They open the motor, which remained disassembled, now with a frayed wire from transport…. They fixed for $240. No parts actually needed, they were able to solder the loose piece. Back on the water. Parts are available. Not platinum. Not competent. Not returning. Find a computer."
