Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have. Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be.
