"Made an appointment for a new battery, show up on time, no one’s in the lobby. Someone comes out, “oh we don’t carry batteries, we need 3-5 days” me “oh that doesn’t work for me, I would just rather mail in it to Apple.” Guy stares at me blankly, says nothing. I say alright yeah not for me then. Turn and go to leave, as I’m opening the door he shouts “okay byeeee” like he’s upset with me and makes a weird passive aggressive comment as I left. So bizzare"
