"I've been waiting for 20 minutes at the counter, the manager told me to wait until the employee shows up, but nobody seems to care. Bad customer service, I left and went to Woodmans. This is a joke."

"Went to get new tires yesterday. I ordered the tires and service online. Got to the store and they only had 3 of the 4 tires. I gave them my key and waited for 4 hours when finally someone came looking for the Kia owner asking why they have my key and what service I'm looking for. I go I ordered tires and have been waiting for 4 hours what do you mean? And they said well the person who checked you in actually canceled your appointment instead. Then they tried to charge me twice for the tires. And they also told me if I reorder the tire online they can get it shipped to the store and install it for me at a later point in time. Except I did that and they canceled it because they don't have the tire at the store. So I just ended up calling Monona store and they have the tire. So I am.goung there. Maybe pay your employees enough to care."

"So this week I wanted to get my tires balanced. I stopped in and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed due to call ins. I came back the next morning and they told me that they dont take walk ins until 11. It was 8:30am so I left. I came back a third time several days later. This time they were able to get me in... But it.took them two and a half hours to balance two of my tires. They told me it took so long because nobody there knew how to drive a stickshift!!!... So they had to wait an hour until another employee showed up just to get it into their shop! Are you kidding me??? These people arent required to know how to operate a stickshift? Unreal. I will never trust my car with walmart again. It was a long terrible experience."

"It's always busy and huge wait times, so I figured I would make an appt to be in and out a bit faster. An hour went by and they hadn't even brought the car in yet. Had to take it someplace else. If you come here for anything you ll waste a whole day, save your time and start by going someplace else"

"Left with MORE problems than I came in with! Came in for 4 tires, shopped, waited, got the good to go, then as I was leaving, a man who I thought was another customer (wearing a hoodie and jeans, waiting at a checkout) told me he zip-tied my muffler. It was rusted apart, and had a temporary fix, and did not need to be messed with (I never even mentioned it). I said, thanks and went on my way. My car was somehow louder than when I brought it in. I live not even 10 minutes away, so I peeked under my car when I got home. I found 1 (one) tiny little black zip-tie loosely tied around my exhaust pipe, and the entire thing completely disconnected from the engine. They literally pulled my exhaust off of my engine. I CAME IN FOR TIRES. WHY IS MY EXHAUST ON THE GROUND."
