"Incredible service provided. We had a very very old furnace and the technician (Zach Bergs) came in professionally, diagnosed our furnace and advised us on the next step. They told us we needed a new furnace, their sales team (Nick Moran) was excellent in providing information and options as to what we needed and how we can proceed. Once we chose the model we wanted the next day less than 12 hours later the installation team (Jesse Scott and Dylan) came in, tore down the old model and installed the new one. The install went smoothly and they were very informative about the process. Highly recommend their services."

"My furnaces needed a checking, as I had neglected them for a long time. All Comfort Services staff came and cleaned and checked the furnaces thoroughly, recorded their findings digitally, explained their findings and suggestions for future maintenance, and made sure I had a copy of the reports. It really was comforting to know that our furnaces were now clean, had no need of any repairs, and good to go for the rest of the season. In addition, the onsite staff was polite and careful. We really appreciated their fine work."

"We transitioned from a furnace/ac to a mini-split heat pump as our main source of heat/cooling for our home. All comfort services clearly had experience in doing these types of installations for WI homes, which is not a guarantee with a lot of other companies. We appreciated the clear communication, flexibility to work within our timeline, willingness to answer any questions we had, transparency on the process, and the respect they had for our space, and for us as customers (and our dog). The two days of installation required them to be in our home living space, and they did everything possible to make it as least intrusive as possible (took care with equipment, cleaning, considerate of our furnishings, etc…). We especially enjoyed the genuine and grounded demeanor of Jesse and Dylan, who worked on the in- home installation piece. They did a great job explaining things and were comfortable to be around. Having had experiences with similar companies in the area, all comfort services clearly offers a much higher caliber of service for what they do. Cant recommend highly enough!"

"These days, it is so hard to find good people who are reliable and actually do a good job. All Comfort Services is definitely the exception. They are incredibly professional, all across the board. The phone staff are nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. They set expectations and try to find out what’s going on. They communicate incredibly well. You always know what to expect and more importantly let you know exactly when they are coming. They send you texts and even describe the techs coming to your house. The service people are incredible, I have had two so far who have had a lot of experience and real ability. They gave me good advice on future actions without trying to sell me something I Didn’t need. Really honest and personable guys. So I highly recommend them. In the Madison area they are far the best - and I have tried all the top ones. Highly recommend!"
