"Came into the shop thinking the USB-C connection would need to be replaced. But the staff let me know the port just needed a good cleaning. After that cleaning, the charging port has a solid connection again! The help is GREATLY appreciated, and will be recommending this store anytime someone needs their phone worked on!"

"Brought my S22 Ultra in for a few issues. The guy cleaned the phone in just a couple minutes for me for free and was super helpful explaining what to do with my insurance through AT&T for the other issues as well as explaining a bit about what the problems might be caused by. Unrelated to the awesome employee, I tried calling the store a few times to see ahead of time if there would be much of a wait, and I couldn't actually get through to the store. I used a couple different options with the automated machine and it would just ring for a minute or so and then give me a dropped tone."

"I was told my phone would be done in 3-4 hours. After coming back twice it still wasn't done after 5 hours. It wasn't until 5 hours & 20 mins. that it was done, no apologies by anyone. When I got my phone FINALLY, they did NOT put the poured proctor on as I requested they put on the cheap plastic proctor & had so many bubbles you couldn't tell if their was a new face on the phone or not.Plus the phone was totally dead. I took my phone to my car to charge a bit before leaving. I went back & asked another guy about the issues, he began to challenge me & was Very disrespectful . So I left before someone would be in a little discomfort !"
