"AI Garage Door Service is great! More importantly, Technician, Roger Krause, is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very timely in his work. We called with garage door issues and had an appointment set for a Sunday(YES, SUNDAY!) We were given a window of time for 8 - 1:00. Roger was here around 9:30. We received a text to confirm he was headed our way, after completing another job. He completed an inspection, explained our options, and then went to work. When finished, he explained all work which was completed, gave suggested regular maintenance, and finished with an itemized bill, warranty information, and contact information. He even found a few discounts for us - really, really liked the 5% military discount! THANK YOU ROGER!"
