"After 3 trips and almost 2000.00 later my equipment works worse than before the first time they showed up. The first time here they were almost a half hour late. When there working on equipment the tech spent more time on his phone instead of putting 100% into his job. The thermostat knov on grill worked before he showed up and before he was gone it locked up and cost me more for a after market part than a oem part I bought to finish fixing the grill. First trip they made out they told me I needed a 2 inch gas line coming in and another professional told me that was ridiculous for the amount of equipment I was running and to change the gas line cost me another 3500.00.
