"THE BEST! This was my Cockapoo’s first grooming and I got a diagnosis of severe separation anxiety three weeks prior.. When I shared that with Jenna she was unfazed. Mind you, that was after two previous groomers who had clipped his nails only had declined. When we arrived, Dash immediately showed off his jumping skills as there was a 4’ wall between us. Mind you, he’s only a whopping 13” tall! Jenna said goodbye, I left and prayed for a miracle. "Final Edit: Jennifer is a very lovely woman, and her salon is beautiful. But, it boils down to the fact that I'm just not a satisfied customer. I thought the cost was on the high side and I did not get the haircut I wanted. It's time to find a new groomer. EDIT: Upgrading to 3 star after owner reached out and politely/professionally worked with me to come to a middle ground. Will update again after our rescheduled appointment on Monday. Leaving a one-star review, because due to this woman's opinion about how my dog should look, she refused to groom my pet. I have a Chihuahua Terrier mix who I've had for 5 years and have always had past groomers shave her down to the lowest setting on the clippers. She refused to do it for no reason other than her own opinion. No medical reason or important canine-related reason and therefore I had to cancel my appointment on the spot and will now have to wait weeks if not months to rebook with another groomer. Absolutely ABSURD! I had booked this three weeks ago as a full grooming and put my dog's breed in the form for my appointment. The fact that she didn't tell me this until I arrived three weeks later is crazy. I would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE because they will actually give you the haircut you request."

"Took my dog Jasmine to Jenna for the first time today. They have a very beautiful, welcoming space and Jasmine felt comfortable in their care right away. Jasmine looks and feels so good after the wonderful grooming she received at Jenna'Furs. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer."
