"I came in for one item. But it was out of stock and it won't be in for quite a while.. The sale price i saw will no longer be good. The woman that helped me was super friendly. Very informative, took the time to help me out with everything. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I ended up buying xmas pet beds and some clearance cat food bags. The only rhing I was really disappointed in was that the store cannot honor the online coupon if you spend x amount of dollars and you get 10 or 20 dollars off.. It's disappointing that you have to order online and pick it up in the store. I'm in the store, Can't I get the discount? I know it's not the stores fault but it really is upsetting..."

"Quick stop to pick up specific dog treats. Limited stock, visited a second Petco. Both stores clean, nice staff, and as always love that pets can come in."

"Placed a curbside order, when time to pick up sitting directly in front of the store for some time app says that they will be out soon. 20 mins later still waiting in a flatbed tow truck directly in front of the store had to go in which the employees were standing around laughing. Mention that had a curbside order and waiting directly in front they say “oh I’m sorry we didn’t see you” really hard not to see a tow truck directly in front of the windows. They were more interested in laughing and going on then doing their jobs!"
