"I have done multiple pick up orders at this location and twice now I have left without my order because I’d already been waiting for over an hour with my children whining in the back seat. They don’t answer the phones either so I haven’t been able to talk to anyone about getting my money back."
"If I could give 0 starts I would. I arrived to pick up a curbside order. An associate came to my vehicle and asked me what my name was. I told her. Thirty minutes later, I called the store to find out why I have not received my order. The associate who previously came to my car the first time answered and said my order would be out “soon.” I have watched many people that arrived after me leave with their orders. Unreal."
