"I took my Bichon Shih Tzu in to be groomed the other day & he came out looking like a skinless dog or a Yorkie. My dog has several red mark which are bruises & scans. He was shaking from the trauma. Since we been home he is barely eating or drinking. He sleeps on & off while looking sad. His skin is irritated & he continues to scratch. I'll NEVER take my dog here. These can't be licensed Groomer's. They should know how to groom a dog based on it's breed."

"I was so mad, saddened and dissatisfied with the grooming my Bichon received today from PetSmart that I made a Tik Tok video about it. If I could give a negative five I would. I took my Bichon to get a wash and cut. He gets groomed every 6-8 weeks but at a different business. I spoke with the lady and told her what I wanted. She said my dog was matted around his collar, the bottom of his ears and the top part of his tail and she would need to do the lowest cut. We went back forth about this and she said she would do her best to shape him up, give him a lion’s tail. She said it would be $30 fee for dematting. I asked why charge for dematting if you were going to shave it all off to the lowest cut, I didn’t get a good explanation, she mentioned it was in their policy to charge for dematting although she wouldn’t demat him. When I picked my dog up 4 hours later he looked horrendous. He was skinned/shaved down so bad till he was just pink. His face was all chopped up. There was no shape, it was completely uneven. Some parts were long and some were short. He had shave marks and skin irritation on his belly and legs and thighs in-which he’s been trying to lick since we’ve been home. His paws were horrible, she left long pieces of hair on all of them. I told her how disastrous of a cut it was. I wanted to cry but I was too upset, so I waited till I got home. She didn’t apologize but she did state, “it happens.” PetSmart charged me $82 to do the worse grooming job I’ve ever seen or experienced. The lady that groomed my dog should not work as a groomer. She seemed very unexperienced, very dismissive and was quick to make excuses. No compassion and no integrity about her work. My dog has been so uncomfortable all day and I feel completely helpless. He’s so itchy, he won’t sit still and he hasn’t ate since we’ve even home and now it is 10pm. I will try to reach out to the owner of the PetSmart groomer because this is beyond ridiculous."

"The workers here are EXTREMELY unknowledgeable. They huff and puff when you ask for assistance, and act like theyre doing you a favor to check you out. It’s not our fault that you work at pet smart . Make better life choices . I was told (by a girl not even in uniform)that I couldn’t purchase 5 platy fish to feed to my reptile because they were “pets” I was then told I could buy a “feeder fish” A 25 gallon tank full of 150+ minnows that are either dead or eating each other... The “manager” never even heard of the type of reptile I own even tho they’re sold in pet shops. Once I asked a worker if they sold an automatic water pump and he replied no. It took me 5 minutes to search the 3 aisles they have in the store to find it... CORPORATE! Where you at corporate?? We need a new batch of entry level workers!"

"I take my Shiba Sushi here for her grooming as it's right by my apartment and they always take good care of her. She loves all of the girls who groom her."
