"It's just ridiculous how people misunderstand and prejudge others who comes to drop off or pick up medication. racist people calling racist police officer to the pharmacy saying someone is suspicious is so damn sad I'll never go to this Walgreens again.police hiding in the store watching black people shopping this Walgreens is one that needs to be taken away! The workers here knows exactly who they are is just stupid and sad!!!!!!!!"

"Save yourself your time and sanity: avoid going to this Walgreens Pharmacy. They are understaffed, overwhelmed, and as an example: it took over three weeks for them to fill a simple prescription (only to get it incorrect). They will refuse any accountability for their negative behavior, and they have routinely failed to deliver anything resembling "customer service." I'm not a hard grader. I'm a very patient and understanding person, but to be consistently shrugged off causes me to take a step back and ponder whether or not there is a subconscious and/or work-cultural bias against the LGBTQIA+ community. I could just be the one that slipped through the cracks, but judging by the 2.3 star rating, I'm beginning to doubt it."

"How are businesses such as this still allowed to operate? Empty shelves, nasty floors, and employees standing around chatting. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean and stock your shelves. And the pharmacy - the whole reason for Walgreens even existing is the pharmacy. Ha! What pharmacy? At this location I am never able to get my older son's medicines filled on time or even every month. There is always an issue that Walgreens claims is the insurance company's fault. I've heard this same excuse over and over again, even heard this excuse given to other customers today. I have recently switched his medication to Hyatt and not only are they in stock on time when needed, they even deliver them to us at no extra charge (beautiful!). My younger son's meds have not been switched yet (will after today) so I called in the refill - 2 days ago. I receive a call last night that the prescriptions were ready for pick up. I go up there on my lunch break and go in the store. Head to the counter and the guy says only one medication is ready, they're filling the other and need about 10 minutes. Why did the system call me the night before saying both were ready? Okay .. whatever, 10 minutes is stretching my time but I have no choice but to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. There's about 3 or 4 employees and a pharmacist back there, joking around and it looked like he (pharmacist) was digging something out of the sole of his shoe. I'm still waiting .. chatting with others in line. A lady then asks "Can I help you?" Nothing's changed, still waiting on the medicine. She checks - it's been filled and placed in a basket. Why am I waiting if it was already done? All the while they were back there playing around, no one bothered to let me know my son's medicine was ready so I could get it and leave. I can appreciate staff wanting to chat and joke around, but put the customer/patient first. Some of us are on time schedules. The prices on items in store are grossly over priced. Price gauging should be illegal. No reason for me to come back to this store after today. They need to just shut it down, it no longer has a purpose."

"I’ve had the most unbelievable experience here a week and a half ago. The pharmacist, tall, older, white guy with glasses with the brown reddish hair called the police on me sitting in my car. He would not give me my medication in the drive thru. I had my ID, address and what ever else they could ask for. For some reason this particular pharmacist is always rude and has an issue of some sort. He demanded that I come in even after telling him my leg had a brace on it. He then replied, “Well get someone else to do it.” Still at this very moment I don’t know what his problem was because he would not answer when I asked him the issue. He did tell the police I have several people pick up my medication just to get me out the drive through. That’s a total lie but even if it was the truth what would’ve been the issue with that? I have been reaching out to their corporate office AND the district office but have yet to receive a call back. I spoke to 3 customer service reps at this point. I’m starting to believe it isn’t just me after reading the reviews. They will get it when it hit their bottom line numbers I guess. I don’t want to say what I really think this pharmacist real issue is but I’m starting to believe the corporate office is comfortable with his behavior."

"Edited: I wrote this review 2 months ago. Editing to add that once again today (5/25) a sign up at 4:30pm that they're closed. Photo for reference. This store sucks. The pharmacy is the worst part of it, I think. It's super gross to come in through a cloud of cigarette smoke by your staff right at the front door only to pick up prescriptions from them afterwards. I've been there twice in the past 6 months where the pharmacy just has a sign saying basically we don't have staff so we're closed, and no directives about how to get my medications elsewhere. The retail part of the store isn't great but it far surpasses the pharmacy."
