"Clogged toilets - even AFTER having to plunge ourselves. Phone cord was broken. Holes in wall. Refrigerator covered in grease. Microwave was dirty and paint with peeling. Light in bathroom did not always turn on with the switch - this was in the 2nd room we were given. Staff was not friendly. Other occupants were smoking pot in the hotel. CHEAP sums up this location!"
"My first room was clean and comfortable. I moved to a room with a king bed on the first floor and the refrigerator still had rotting food in it, the floor was filthy with crumbs and bugs and mirror in the bathroom was dirty. I had no choice to stay so I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room. Front desk said they can’t find cleaning staff. Once I cleaned my room, it was a nice stay, the few times I saw someone at the front desk they were pleasant."
"Area is a tad sketchy but it’s in Mke area so that comes with territory. The front desk staff were wonderful. My A.C. went out on 100deg day & needed something affordable so for that it was perfect. The gentleman that took my phone call to confirm occupancy not only said he’d make sure I had a room with great a.c. but asked if I had any other requests & gave me a quiet corner where there weren’t too many other guests. Little kitchenette & cleanliness were very appreciated"
"I booked a room through their reservation service. The rep totally messed my reservation up. I needed 2 beds and 2 pets. Not a pet friendly hotel due to lack of areas to take pets out plus the price for 2 small dogs for a week. Construction all around hotel. He booked a 1 bed for 1 adult and 1 teenage child. I paid in advance for 7 days. I paid well over $1000 for this room. Room was ok staff was not friendly or not available. Upon checkout they decided to charge me for another day. I only stayed 7 days not 8. I do not recommend and will not stay at this chain again. No safety there. Entrance to hotel was horrible. Be careful might tear the bottom of your car off. Saw a lady hanging in lobby or outside first couple of days there. Was not a customer. Hallways smelled of weed. Carpets in room were all sticky. NEVER AGAIN"
