"Lobby customer service is phenomenal. They greet you and conversate with you and make sure you have everything you need. Very friendly!! Kudos to Jay, the manager. The room is quiet and beds very comfortable. Hot tub and work out room also very nice. Great location close to everything and quick drive to downtown MKE!"

"Heard one customer ask to switch rooms because hers had crumbs and hair in the bed she checked in to. Hot tub and pool broken, no restaurant, no coffee in the morning after 8:30, and you’ll be met with a “No” mentality the moment you walk in the doors. Fitness center has outdated equipment. Beds are comfy though. I’d consider other options before coming back."

"When I got to the lobby there was amazing staff actually when we ordered pizza we gave on of the staffs one because they were so nice! The pool area was not that great, it was ok the hot tub was quite nice though. I did not not approve the ceilings, they are very banged up. The room I got in was not that good either there was a stain on the cover and thats very dirty."

"Was excited to spend the evening and enjoy the pool with my husband and our two toddlers. When we arrived after our event in town we were greeted with the smell of marijuana. We checked in and went to our room - the entire floor smelled of weed. We went down to the pool where there were up to 7-8 kids unattended throwing food and other items into the pool, they were cussing, running and being rough. We left the pool area and then left the hotel. I have never experienced such an awful stay at a hotel. I actually felt unsafe and refused to have my kids spend the night there. They were extremely disappointed and so were we. Drove the 1.5 hour drive home at 8:30pm. Rather than exposing our kids to an unsafe environment. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere."

"Overall, this place is definitely banged up (rooms, lobby, elevator, etc). That wasn't a huge issue to me as it is budget-friendly, but the service was not great. We asked for an extra blanket as the ones they provide are extremely thin. When they came up with the "extra blanket", it was just a mattress cover. The biggest issue is that I left my coat in out room when we checked out (that was definitely on me). I called shortly after we left and was told they couldn't check because housekeeping left (which I thought was odd), but they would give me a call back the next morning. I never received a call, so I called back and I was told they needed at least 2 hours, but they'd reach out. Again, they did not reach out, I called again, and said no one found it--I left it right by the bed so obviously this just isn't true. Not professional or trustworthy. I would not recommend."
