Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel

"I travel often so staying in hotels is normal for me. This hotel is fantastic, great size rooms, gym is great, the only thing I would complain about is the lounge. The breakfast, snacks are not good. If they improve this I would say this would help one of the best hotels I have stayed at."

"I have been staying at Renaissance Milwaukee West for almost 50 nights over the past 12 months. The staff has come to greet me by my name when I walk through the door! I think my repeated stay at this hotel says enough. I love the friendliness of staff, including the housekeeping staff, front desk, and lounge employees. I can’t find anything bad to say about this hotel. It is located in a very convenient location, just a short drive away from many restaurants and only 15 minutes away from downtown Milwaukee. The rooms are always clean and the housekeepers always leave me a note after they clean the room. I stay here for business and will continue to come back."

"Love this place and always stay here when I come to town. They have only gotten better and better. The rooms are nice and newish. The lobby and restaurant has a great vibe. This stay I actually noticed that the staff was way more friendly and customer service oriented. I got a have a great day from the front desk as I was walking out for work in the morning. Got a great greeting when grabbing my complimentary coffee in the mooring. Must be the front desk manager. She really listens and made my stay very comfortable. Really appreciate it when you are traveling for work and have to be away from home and your family."

"Thank you Veronica for the great customer service. My daughter was traveling for the first time from Arizona to Milwaukee. I called the Renaissance in advance of her arrival to ask if we could send something to her room congratulating her on her job promotion. Veronica suggested Edible Arrangements. I went online, and sent a gift to the Renaissance. Veronica said she would make sure my daughter got the gift. My daughter called when she got to her room, and was very happy with room, location to shopping, and everything with the hotel. She especially liked the fruit platter which came shortly after checking in. Everything went very well. Thank you VERONICA and all the staff at the Renaissance. JOB WELL DONE!"

"We were in Milwaukee for a week visiting family and friends. Being that we are from the area we normally stay with family but due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to get a hotel this time. The Renaissance was a great pick for location. Not having made a reservation in advance we stopped by to check availability and the customer service was terrific. Sapphire was very accomodating in helping us obtain a room. But this was no ordinary room it was/is fantastic. From the moment we entered the room we knew we made a great choice. The decor, the furnishings and the view from the corner room were beautiful. The spa atmosphere of the bathroom left us wanting to spend time in our room and not go out in the city. This of course was not a problem because we had a dining and living room areas to accommodate our family. I also had to work remotely during this trip and the dedicated work area was great to handle my work. We have one more day in the city to enjoy our stay. In the future we will definitely come back when we visit Milwaukee. Oh by the way the bar within the hotel has amazing drinks. Thanks Sapphire and Chad (manager) for making our first stay at the Renaissance such a wonderful experience."
