"My experience with this facility is less than acceptable. it would have a zero star rating but it won’t allow. My granddaughter was there for 3 or 4 days. The doctor Rekha Vijayan proposed to prescribe 3 different serious drugs. No wonder this country is in a opioid epidemic. My daughter allowed one drug that was not a narcotic. I was told I could visit my GD FINALLY the day before she left. i am an extremely important grandmother very very much a part of her daily life. Like another mother. I was turned away in error when I got there. I left her a gift bag with a shirt, shampoo and conditioner. I also gave her a container with unopened chocolates. She was NOT GIVEN THE SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. And NEVER given the candy EVER . It is nowhere to be found. It has mysteriously disappeared. After speaking to Katlin, Vern and the supervisor on Saturday. None knew anything. THIS FACILITY SEEMS TO RUN HAPHAZARDLY. No-one knows what the other is doing. I asked to file a formal complaint and said I will expect the candy to be replaced, found or the value forfeited. So far zero results. My concerns have not been acknowledged. We will call back in another week."
