"They attached my name to someone elses bill. I called the ER services were giving at I was not there at the time and i have no bill. MXC whoever they are are BREAKING THE HIPPA LAWS and THIS IS ALSO FRAUD When asked for a mailed itemized bill they wouldn't do it. They won't take my name off the bill. They also kept asking for my birth date and ss#. Which if this was legit they would already have. And of course threats.... collections. Call them , After. Multiple phone calls to mxc and contacting BBB I'm waiting on confirmation email I've been removed from this account. Wonder if I'll receive it!!!!"

"Absolutely unhelpful customer service. Billing multiple times for the same service and refuse to even consider that their billing twice for the same service on the same exact day would be in any sort of error where are double billing their customers. Actually have now been billed more because my insurance is recognizing it and rescinded their portion because they know it's a double charge. Need a 0 star option."

"I received a bill from this company in December. Gave them my insurance information for them to file a claim. It is now May and I’ve called 4 times to give them my insurance information. No claim has been made and I’ve been given the run around. I’ve been flat out lied to when they said they filed a claim and my insurance denied it. I called my insurance and they’ve never even received a claim from this company!!! It’s been 5 months and nothing has been done. Avoid at all costs if you can!"

"I apparently received there services at Winona health when hospitalized for covid . Winona health covered everything under the covid act. I have blue cross insurance. When i received a bill from this company..i called immediately and they stated they didn't have my correct medical carrier on hand. I gave them the info and a month later received another bill. Called again. They stated the insurance info wasn't submitted. Gave them my info again. Now a month again. Stating that it is past due. Reporting them to BBB and Winona Health that uses them."

"Service was apparently rendered in June. We never received a bill from them and knew nothing of the charges until we were contacted by a collection agency less than 90 days after the incident (heart attack). No attempt to contact us other than “said” billing was made. When I asked why they didn’t make a courtesy call, she said they do not contact their patients by phone. I asked what the exact service was and she said she couldn’t tell me that. She would have to send me an itemized bill. REALLY??? Very impersonal and unprofessional. If other choice is available I recommend you make that choice."
