"Attorney Fairweather (Nick) was very personable, approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful! He thoroughly understands the law and can explain it in layperson's terms. Nick put my mind at ease, and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing legal counsel. His office staff (Eze) is also very helpful and supportive."
"I have been trying for quite some time to find the very best words that would appropriately sum up the positive experience that I had with Attorney Fairweather and Hawks Quindel. Should you ever find yourself in need of an Employment rights attorney, please consider Attorney Fairweather. From start to finish of my case I was treated with the utmost of respect and professionalism. Communication was seamless. I always felt like Nick had my back and were negotiating with my best interest in mind. Jeanine Anderson who is Nick's legal assistant stayed in constant communication with me and I always had an understanding of where my case stood thanks in part to her vast knowledge and obvious dedication to the client. Hayley Archer was an intern for the last year of her schooling and is now an attorney with the firm, helped me immensely as well. Going through this process was a huge challenge for me and very uncomfortable at times, but I always felt that the team had my back and that they were pushing for the best possible outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Nick, Jeanine and Hayley!!!"

"I was fortunate in having attorney Nicholas Fairweather represent me in an employment dispute. Throughout this legal journey, Nicholas and other staff members at Hawks Quindel could not have been more professional, honest, trustworthy, accommodating, knowledgeable and responsive. Nicholas is a man of integrity and always treated me with respect. I never felt the advice Nicholas gave me was self-serving rather he had my best interest in mind. Nicholas was always well prepared for meetings, depositions and the hearing. I had the utmost confidence in his abilities as my attorney. He was upfront with me at every phase of my case which ultimately resulted in a settlement. I highly recommend Nicholas Fairweather and Hawks Quindel."
"Zero stars for zero help, though it's not an option. Contacted via phone because he's listed as a wrongful termination/discrimination lawyer expertise in retaliation cases which I have, and have good evidence in which I strongly feel I can easily prove my case with, mentions free consultation, great right? wrong. thought I'd see what he thought before I filed my suit with the courts as representing myself..flatout shut down over the phone by a secretary, they didn't know anything about my case,or the evidence, no reason why not, just a flat out short not interested. Perhaps they themselves discriminate against what type of people's cases they take. A terrible practice approach."
