"I haven't even had this policy three months; they already are ripping me off. I have actively and timely made premiums on this plan for December and then in January 22; I went in to pay February and they stated it was returned to my banking institution. I follow every transaction outgoing incoming there NEVER was a premium sent back to my bank; I have proof of that. It was very efficient and convenient to get a plan but now I see the issue. They will rip you off; They want me to double pay for January. Talk about robbing people blind. If you have senior family members who have policies with this company please go through their bank statements, receipts look to make sure they aren't getting ripped off."

"Got a "special" toll free number from my credit union, which I called and was hung up on "3" times, wish there was a "zero" star option... Yup, finally got thru on a different number, can't believe I even waited 10 mins to speak to a manager, you guessed it, they never showed up, so... Not only does their customer service suck, but they are not even interested in new customers... This would be 0 stars outta 5"

"It was such an easy and flawless process to get life insurance. I like that they did not demand payment instantly and let me pick when and what date I want my premiums to start and how I wanted them to take it. I highly recommend them."

"I applied for a term life policy on 4/1/2020 why today once if figured out my automatic payments stopped that they signed me up for AD&D policy. Customer service was not any help at all. I feel that I have been scammed. I am current never missed a payment and I’m reading nothing but horror stories about people not receiving payouts and people of color being discriminated against when filing claims. My policy is still current but I think I’m going to cancel. This company doesn’t care about their customers."
