Monica, the agent for my account, is very knowledgeable on policy specifics and has been so helpful to be sure my home and auto coverages are proper and adequate, but never has tried to over-sell. I initially came to Neckerman from another top-rated insurance company after that agent failed to keep his clients updated on policy changes which resulted in several clients being cancelled, including me.
