"I would not recommend this estate office. they are over charging for there hourly rates especially for the work they do. They are slow with there work with the exception of mail/documents traveling. They charged my mother's estate for simple conversations and said it was longer calls then it was. They were rude at times when I was asking about things with the estate. They lack communication in the office and it was overall a bad experience with there business. I told them that I had a due date for things and they kept putting mine off somewhat; it seemed to me they were just trying to up charge the estate. I brought the estate to there business with a less then 10% left of the work. I did the other 90% (give or take) and they charged me a high price and when I spoke with Stewart (he was the one handling the estate) he lowered the price/cost for the work done. Make sure if you go here record conversations and keep documents. Also say you would like to do a full payment at the end due to I seen various things to question when over looking documents. Make sure the work they say they did is really looked at and calls are documented on your end not just the law office. This place would never get my business again nor will I ever recommend them. There is plenty of other places out the look around."
