They first told me my K-4 student will be picked up and dropped off in front of the home even if they have an older sibling which would make him getting the same privilege. They changed that when the school year started. Now I've asked them to at least correct this for a few days because my high schooler can not come to school due to a school issue. They refuse although the bus route is right around the corner. This company it horrible and kids safety is not their priority"
"Found out Riteway owns Cardinal and wanted to spread the word. They cancelled literally the day before a cross country trip. No time to make other arrangements. Disappointed a lot of people. Won't even respond to or apologize to parties involved. Make a public statement! Do something for the kids to rectify this!"
"This company aquired Cardinal buses. Cardinal cancelled the 8th grade DC trip for a group of children the day before their departure. They refuse to address parents, apologize or do anything to rectify what they did to these children. Don't use Riteway. Don't use Cardinal. You may not get where you're trying to go and be left with no other options last minute."
"My kids ride rite way to school for the last 3 yrs. The drivers are usually very ghetto, super unprofessional, and get replaced fast. The lady that drives the kids now I believe she has a mental health issue. My kids in 3yrs have had 1 good driver with these people."
