"Ordered in store for to-go. Got home and they completely forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. Ordered a warm bowl and it was a comical amount of food for $12. Not worth going to anymore"

"8907 S Howell Ave, Oak Creek, WI 53154 Went in to pick up some bagels on Sunday October 1st, 2023. I asked the girl at the counter for 5 bagels. She asked if I wanted them sliced. Yes, i did. Got them home and they weren't sliced....they were shredded. I told her not to use the hand slicer because it destroys the bagels (case and point). I told her to use the electric slicing machine, but she refused. Now I can't get my bagels into a toaster at home. They owe me new bagels. These need to go in the garbage because I don't like them unless they are toasted. If you don't even know how to slice a bagel when you work in a bagel shop, you need training. A teenager who flips hamburgers at mcdonald's could have done a better job. UPDATE: Thursday October 12th, 2023. I went back and wanted to outsmart their unskilled staff....and ordered 6 unsliced bagels. When I pulled the bagels out of the bag for breakfast the next morning, 3 of them were sliced (or should I say "hacked up") from previous orders that had been destroyed by their staff. Instead of tossing them out, they put the "pieces" of the bagels back in the baskets with the new bagels...knowing full well that I wouldn't discover their deception until I had already left the building. They literally sent me home with the shredded scraps. These 3 (of the 6) bagels were completely destroyed just like in the attached photo. I'm going to have a long winded discussion with the manager when I pass through their area again. They score LESS THAN ZERO STARS."

"Don't order a bowl of soup. Order a cup of soup. The amount of soup you get is the exact same. It's terrible to charge people more money for a bigger bowl. I paid for an extra piece of bread and it was half the size of the other piece you get free. And the tables are always dirty here. My sandwich last time I was here was a huge disappointment as well. It was a small amount of chicken in the middle of the bread. They can do better but some of the staff here look like they hate their jobs. So I don't know..."

"Never had any luck with this place. So expensive. We ordered food and the order was messed up. We did the you pick two, so half a sandwich and half a salad, also two two drinks a large and regular. My sister ended up getting a sub, that was packed and stacked and I got a small steak sandwich, that had more pickle onions on it than meat. Spent $60 for small portions."

"I order online from here often. The food is good, but they are incapable of slicing the bagels properly. It is probably better to order unsliced and slice them yourself. The food tastes and the atmosphere is fine, though I seldom eat in the place."
