"I ordered a pizza for delivery. I did not ask for contact less delivery. This way I could give the driver a cash tip verse giving them a tip prior to knowing what the delivery service was like. I kept seeing the tracker app for Domino's. That it was near and it was between 1-2 minutes away. After waiting 5 minute porch for about 5 minute.I walked away and came back two minutes later. I could smell pizza but have had no knock.No call or no text. The pizza order looked like it was just thrown on my porch maybe out of frustration that they didn't get a tip. But I had been waiting and waiting with my son with him to hand them a tip. And when I seen how the pizza was placed on my porch it just really irritated me. At the very least, this is your job and you could have placed it properly and professionally whether it's different or not.But you didn't know that I was waiting was gonna give you a tip.Shame on you."
"First couple times getting delivery was pretty on point aside from one of my contact less deliveries wasn't. After that it hasn't been the best. I still order every so often because the points add up and get you free items so thats cool and helps with the wallet. What's a bummer now is almost every order is messed up somehow to the point of, the last time I ordered about a week ago I didn't even send them another complaint. Its an annoying process to leave a complaint and almost impossible to get anyone on the phone from this location (at least for me) They always fix whatever was wrong but, it's happened so many times I'm just over it at this point."
"Okay place. First time we ordered from here they got it all right, but the second time they screwed half of it up. We asked for half a pizza without cheese and they put cheese on almost all of it. We also asked for a Philly cheese steak without cheese and they put cheese on it too. Then when we tried to call them to fix this, they wouldn't even answer the phone. Would not recommend this place."
"I ordered an 8 piece boneless chicken. It appears they gave me the tiny pieces from the bottom of the bag.. Because they're so tiny they're also super hard, dry, and overcooked."
"I ordered a alfredo pasta bowl with shredded parmesan, chicken and bacon. I get back to my house and THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. alfredo pasta with SAUSAGE?!?! this Domino’s has the most useless employees ever. can’t ever get a simple order correct and this is CONTINUOUS."
