"We ordered for work it wasn’t a bad delivery driver it was the manager when I called to inform them we found a black hair in the pizza dough He made a remark “ima red head so it’s not mine!” We weren’t looking for a refund or a replacement but at least an apology since one of my co workers bit it and pulled the hair out her mouth! But oh well they lost us for sure never again! Next time be more considerate of what you say to your paying customers! Seriously and then you offered a free one next time like I said we weren’t looking for anything else other than a sincere apology because it’s our lunch hour and we wanted to enjoy a hot meal but you seemed so inconsiderate as if it couldn’t be anyone else from your store since you said “no one here has that type of hair!”"
"Seriously super kind and the food was great. Came here on valentines night and the workers were working crazy hard and were so kind and made sure to always keep us in the loop. They handled the craziness super well. Love me some papa johns!"
"Horrible service. I was given the wrong food and then called a liar when showed them they were wrong. Workers were noticeably intoxicated. They became physically aggressive with me to get me to leave. Manager refused to do anything about it. Pizza places come and go in this area for the same problems so we'll see how long this one lasts. I don't know what they do differently at this location. Pizza is bland with little cheese and few toppings. Definitely needs to used with the garlic sauce"
"My customized chicken alfredo pizza had no alfredo sauce on the pizza! There are air pockets all over the place and that's what made me realize that I had no sauce!! Picking up my order at 7:30 at night after work to come home and see this is totally unacceptable!"
"Pizza came incorrectly made and raw, the cheesy sticks were raw as well. Called manager, was told we won’t get a refund, I asked why and she hung up on me. Called back, she picked up the phone and hung up again. Will never go back."
