"Updating for 3.10.24. Generally have decent service here. However, today was mostly a disaster. Thankfully the manager on duty was kind when I had to go in to get my order replaced. Today, I used app to order ahead a LG mocha frappe w/extra espresso. At this location, it comes in a larger cup. Girl at DT window, handed me a smaller one with caramel. No worries, it happens. I usually just take it & go. Except, I paid more for the espresso & for some reason, the caramel frappes make me ill. So, I said, No, sorry, I ordered the large mocha w/extra espresso. She rolled her eyes & walked away. Came back 90 seconds later & handed me the same size, but with chocolate drizzle. I took it & thought maybe they changed their larger cup practice. One sip told me that there was not the extra espresso AND that she scraped off the whip, added new & chocolate on top. Upon closer inspection, I could see the leftover caramel on the cup & cover. I parked & went inside. Again, it wasn't a huge deal, but not a fan of paying extra $, to not get what I want & get sick. Explained to the manager (who greeted me, I didn't ask for her) what I ordered. She immediately apologized & took it back. That's when I heard the girl complain loudly about me & customers in general. Not acceptable. Also, there's no solid wall, so either the girl wasn't thinking about that, her volume, & her words. Or she just didn't care. Do not be in the service industry, if that's the attitude you're going to have. Especially since I was never cross, didn't yell, or say anything untrue, I didn't even point out the person!"

"I was working here for two weeks. I requested to be off on the eighth by a manager. The paper was signed and everything came back on March 9. They’re telling me I’m fired and I requested the 15th when I never did. Brandy is absolutely unprofessional. I’m definitely positive. She’s the reason I’m fired Because Cindy allowed me to be off that day now all of a sudden I’m fired . she’s racist to black females the only black females that worked at McDonald’s are fired. She shows favoritism. Another employee, Miss three days still currently employed, I missed one singular day that I was supposed to be off on fired absolutely unprofessional I will be contacting corporate."

"I really enjoy coming to this McDonald's location. The food is always Super fresh and hot, my ice cream is always perfectly made, and the service in atmosphere is a 5 out of 5 as long as Jasmine is taking my order! She is ALWAYS on point and is very kind and helpful to me and whoever I'm with. I might add that my food is ready within 90 seconds , I kid you not, this McDonald's location is the absolute FASTEST and MOST FRIENDLY McDonald's I've ever been to. There is a young kid named Leo who bags my food and asks me if there is ANY other sauces,napkins,drink carrier,extra anything !, and he is always polite and on point ! I will always come here for my weekly McDonald's fix. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The service was great. The food was great. One thing to note I lost my debit card. All I had was hundred dollar bills they do not accept $100 bills had to get my girlfriend to cash app me $20 thought that was a little weird but oh well. Plenty of truck driver parking easy and accessible. Just don't pull all the way up to the yellow line leave space for trucks to turn out."

"Truck drivers, there are about 10 spots.. Don't bother coming here at night. Close to a warehouse. I wish people would learn what a trash can was at truck stops... I think there is also a geocache here I saw during winter, and I forgot to get it myself ughhh. Pretty clean inside. Can you believe they actually had someone at the counter as soon as I got there??? And he made EYE CONTACT AND ANDDDDD HE GREETED ME!!!!! I miss those days. Well, he might have been around my age that could explain it. Drive through always seems to be busy. But not inside.
