"Glass West has a customer for life. I needed a window balance to be replaced, I called around and asked for a few quotes from a few places but no one would come as it was "too small of a job". Glass West (Anamarie) was super responsive and were able to get the job done in a short time (I was moving out of the rental and needed to get this fix asap - They came on Thursday and I was moving out on Sunday). Javier did an amazing job and provided great customer service!
