"Stay away. They will quote a price over phone but present an invoice much higher after the work is done. Very unethical. They will try pressure tactic on you all the time. Avoid then at any cost. Rather pay more for a more ethical business."
"Called at 7:45 am, made an appointment for the same day between 12 noon and 4 pm to have our dryer repaired, and was told the technician would call an hour before arriving. The technician called us at 11:30 am and said he had two stops before ours and told us he would be here. We waited home all day, called the technician at 3:50pm and asked what time he would show up, he said that he was JUST getting ready to call us to tell us he wanted to reschedule the next day at 11am. After waiting all day for our appointment, we are very dissatisfied having to wait another day when I could have had another company do the repair on the same day. We tried calling the office several times but no answer and the voicemail box was full and I could not leave a message. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY"

"I got leaking washer during fill cycle and called 3-4 numbers around to get a quote, Leo was on the bottom tier and was available next day, yay! He asked me over the phone for my washer model and asked to describe the problem. Next day Leo was at my house, having all needed replacement parts, he figured out during our phone conversation! He taught me about my washer as he fixed it in front of me. The washer is working now great again and no leaks. Glad , I found him, keep him in mind when need a repair. Good luck!"
