"I don’t recall his name, but he was extremely professional and apologetic when I hard part issues (at no fault of his shops). His customer experience skills were fantastic and he had his team stay late so I can get the wife’s car back. I’ll have to add a comment once I find his name. He even noticed my other care had a bad brake light. Had me pop the trunk and replaced it for free in 3 seconds!"

"Expensive Air conditioning service that was/is not done right. Immediately after repair, the air was not was not working. then starting working, Still having issues where the air does not work, then it does... when it does; the air flow is intermittent. I had a warranty of 90 days to bring my car back, but I didn't want to chance it with more issues to arise if I took it back in. Will take my car to Volvo to have them fix the work that was done at this location. In addition, my car was held hostage at this shop for 2.5 days... Zero stars but I had to click 1 to post this information. Completely Unsatisfied with the Work and money I paid for Extremely Terrible car service."
