"Got a new 21 Frontier. With 60k of service. Tried to sell me brake pads and a fluid change at 22,000 miles when my owners manual and service package say 30,000 for brake fluid. Showed up at 58,000 miles and they said the same brake pads were at the same thickness. Then, rotated my tires and did not balance them. Service manager claimed this was normal practice. Funny. My tire shop balances the tires every time I get them rotated. Going on the I-5 hit 65 with vibration and head back. Only to be treated like I was taking advantage of them. Don't buy here, don't service your car here. More you ask; Bought the truck (day 1) and they forgot to take off the dealer plate and put on my CA temp. Asked me to come back and would give me a free tank of gas on my next service. (Was not filled up). 2nd service @ 7500 (went ok). 3rd service. Changed cabin air filter. Drove 1 mile away, turned on air conditioning. Dash is about to vibrate apart. Back to dealer. Service guy shows me an acorn. Like it was my fault. When you pulled the filter you didn't hear something hit the fan beneath it? Did you bother to turn on the fan to see if something was in there? Do not purchase at or visit this place."

"Worst customer service ever! Wish I could give it no stars. Stay away. My truck is only year and half old and been in the for service more times then I can count. And if your brand new car breaks down, don't think you will get a loaner. Nissan dealer apparently dies not not care about customers. They just wanna sell you a car and then screw you over if anything happens."

"Stay away! A couple of oil changes ago they were encouraging us to change a tire that they said had a hole in it and that it would keep leaking among other "major" issues with our car. Something felt off so we decided not to move forward with that. This visit low and behold they didn't even mention that and the tire must have fixed itself :). I sent my daughter with a coupon for an oil and filter change for $79.95. They charged my daughter $136 and the add ons were some oil conditioner and a tire rotation. Unfortunately, they just charged it among other things without an explanation. I also received "service recommendations" for nearly the cost of buying the car. Unreal the markup they have. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"I am very pleased with the service I received. I was having trouble with my car losing power and it was determined to be my transmission. I was able to get my vehicle in right away and my transmission was replaced under my power train warranty. A loaner vehicle was also provided at no charge to me. I got my car back, but noticed a leak coming from my driver's side CV joint area. I contacted Future Nissan and was able to get my car in right away. They determined the issue was a contorted seal and replaced it. I had my car back the very next day and, thus far, no other issues have emerged. Very pleased!!"

"I just lost my cat and I was feeling very upset. It took all of my strength to get the car in and get the oil changed on it. I was upset and couldn't really focus but the lady at the front desk was so kind, so generous (I forgot her name), but she gave me a hug as I was crying. The wait was INCREDIBLY SHORT and I was out the door. The oil change was part of my service agreement. I would like to personally thank her for her kindness and care-especially since I lost my beloved furry child. She needs a raise."
