"Posting this review here as on their site it was considered as "spam content": While I am sure the shop does a great job on cars, their customer service needs to change. I initially got there physically to request a quote on a specific item and was "kindly" asked to schedule an appointment so they could check the exact issue. I complied. I dropped my car off the following Monday at 8 a.m., mentioning again it was for a quote. I was told it would take about 2 hours to provide the quote, so I decided to walk to the closest coffee shop to get some work in. After 30 minutes, I received an email with a quote of $185, mentioning the issue I initially shared. I called them to understand, they explained to me the $185 is a fee to provide a quote, which was never mentioned to me; and I said that I did not approve of this, and they said that they are already working on the quote, so this is due regardless. 5 hours passed (1 p.m.), and I had no news from them; I decided to walk back to the shop to check on the status. After asking what is the latest, they told me they checked the car but now needed to make a few calls to get the pricing, and I needed to wait a little longer. I complied. After waiting 15 more minutes, I was given a price, and I kindly told that this was too expensive for me at the moment. We agreed that they would send me the estimate, and I could now go. However, I was asked $185, which I never agreed to, in order to get my car keys back, and I still have not received the estimate they promised (this happened this "morning" and now is 8 p.m.). They sent a report of the car's overall condition with the bill, which I guess is what the $185 was for, but I never asked for it or needed it. Next time, please explain what the appointment is for, and the cost. If I knew, I would have not booked an appointment, especially because you seem to provide estimates through email..."
