"I brought my vehicle here to have the A/C system replaced in 2021. Every since they worked on my vehicle I have had non-stop problems with my A/C. I've had to bring my truck back several times because of errors they made. They assured me that if I had more A/C issues, that they would be willing to fix it because they were aware A/C units are only utilized certain times of the year and it would be hard to gauge the problem in a short period of time after each fix. I am experiencing more A/C problems again, so I went in there today to have them look at it and they refused to work on my vehicle because they said it's outside of the warranty. But they never fixed it right in the first place. The owners and employees are very cocky and rude. They basically stole $2300.00 from me. The parts and labor are extremely overpriced. I suggest you do not get your vehicle fixed here, or you'll be dealing with cocky men that have no moral compass, as well as they are willing to make money at your expense."

"We brought our 2003 SUV in for a new ac compressor install need in diagnosis from another mechanic. Folsom Autotech called and said no compressor needed, just a serpentine bent tightening. Honest mechanics are the best. Based on this we'll be going back when service is needed!"
