"Do not shop here ! My boyfriend bought me some earrings for Christmas and was told by the lady working there if I didn’t like them we could return or exchange them. Apparently that is not the case. With receipt and all I was allowed to exchange them but they did not have what I was looking for but was not able to return them. The lady was really rude about the whole thing. Aside from being over priced and limited selections, their gold is very cheap. When trying to unhook the earrings I was allowed to exchange out they bent. I’ve always worn earring my whole life and know how to handle with care, their gold is CHEAP. I recommend taking your business else wear"
