"I had a really bad customer service experience today and I want to share with everybody So when I was buying registered with my Wife and my kids I found a key and picked it up And asked for register, if they know who is key The lady registered told me should be for someone just walk out and I was trying to handle it to the customer but unfortunately there was a Lady jump in and later when I ask, what was her name they said her name is AZAM So she jumped in and the way she was acting and the attitude she showed me like I am trying to steal something in front of my wife and my kids, which I think that’s the rudest and very unprofessional action I hope someone from this team can guide this lady and train him some Customer Service And second time when A called to find her name and what was the reason of that attitude she was telling me that’s my policy instead of apologizing Shame, shame, shame"

"Think of a more organized, cleaner, and put together version of Ross, and you get TJ Maxx. I think I visited this store after a good 10 years. Merchandise is well organized and they have a smattering of everything. The main focus is women's clothing. The fact that they have 7 cashier stations tells you they get busy."

"I go here for all types of reasons, gifts, myself, xmas, etc. They have a variety of items from,clothes,toys shoes, kitchen. It's very clean very well organized it's not crowded. I do think the aisles are very small and you have to spend some time looking for your size in clothing. I love their home decor section & I've only had great customer service from their staff!"
