I shopped there this morning and thought the store was busy for a Wednesday, and expected little help. I was shocked by the friendly service, and the ease in returning the items I bought online. Going by the Chico's online sizing chart, I bought sizes way too large. Judy, set me up in a fitting room, she was extremely attentive, and quite helpful in finding the right size and fit for me. I was astounded that she brought me a size and a half smaller in one style, and a one size down in another, and they fit perfectly. I'm so happy. Thank you again Judy!"
