"Waited over 30 mins at the perfume section, more employees than customers. 0 acknowledgement when asked for help, "I'll get someone" which never came. I understand that when there are plenty of customers it's expected to wait. But not when all you hear is employees having conversations about their weekend and loosing focus of customers."
