"No live cashiers. 100% self checkout. No thanks. Of course the only person working there is to help everyone struggling to ring up their own stuff. I have a feeling this store won't last much longer. I would never go back."

"The new Michaels is nice, but the location is kind of weird. It's accessible from the street but practically in the Target loading dock by itself. The upside is there's lots of parking right outside the door, but the planning seems half baked, with an odd entryway and a big propane tank outside for some reason. Inside, the store seems alright and well maintained. We go to the frame shop once in a while, but the staff seem disengaged."

"Took in a painting with cracked glass to repair and they did an excellent job replacing the glass and making it look as good as new! It took about 5 days for the job to be completed and it was a very reasonable price. The staff was great to work with and very pleasant. Recommend this location!"

"As you can tell from some of my previous reviews I truly do like a craft store. That being said craft stores are kind of fickle when it comes to the employees yes the products may be the same but the experience is different every time because the employees make or break the store and in this case the employees were fantastic very knowledgeable and courteous I appreciate that and it makes me want to be able to shop there more frequently."

"Independently owned therefore they will not take any item back purchased from the website. They will also not honor website prices. Any other store Michaels store in the county will do so let’s give them their business instead."
