"I had recently landed a new job that required me to wear a black hat as part of the uniform. I was very excited about this opportunity, but I also faced a problem: I did not own a black hat. I searched online for some places that sold black hats, but none of them seemed to have the right size, shape, or style that I wanted. There was only one store that I knew for sure carried black hats, and it was quite far from my home. I decided to take a chance and drive there, hoping that they would have what I needed. It was surprisingly affordable, and I felt a surge of relief and joy. I quickly paid for the hat and thanked the salesperson. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I felt very lucky to have found the last black hat, and I could not wait to wear it for my new job. I hoped that it would make a good impression on my boss and co-workers and that it would bring me success and happiness."

"Michaels Midway Drive Store4720 I was charged for 8 candles yesterday when I only bought 6. I was so upset and stressed out that I didn't even use the ribbon or any other items that I had purchased. I went back in the morning with all the items purchased and my receipt. I was treated with utmost respect and care, and everything was taken care of in just a few minutes. Kathy, the cashier who worked with me, is amazing! She is professional and positive and just the nicest!! So rather than write about my negative experience yesterday, I want to give a shout-out to Kathy!! THANK YOU, Kathy! You restored my faith in this Michael's store and I hope to see you again when I come back next time. You also brightened my day by treating me with such kindness and care.
