"Such an easy and pleasant experience. I drove up from the OC because my stroller brake stopped working. They were able to locate my registration and warranty and swap out the broken part in no time at all. They even found additional broken parts and fixed those for me. While I waited they had a loaner stroller for me to use which made it nice to walk around Santa Monica. The parking in the back was very convenient! Thank you Jennavy for all of your help!"

"I visited the UppaBaby Hub today due to my toddler frame breaking and the process was so smooth! My stroller was thankfully still covered with warranty and I will be back for a cleaning in the next few months (I believe the cleaning is not covered and you pay out of pocket but prices are great)! Customer service was excellent. The two individuals working today were seriously so sweet and welcoming which I really appreciate. I dropped my stroller off and maybe 10-15 minutes later, I got a text that it was ready and it looked brand new! What’s better than that?!"
