"Everyone I encountered at this store was very kind! I was in store yesterday looking for the Ugg Tazman’s that were sold out. The gentleman in the shoes department had them ordered for me to the store by today and also found a way for me to pay for them using Apple Pay. The pick up process was also seamless and quick. Trey at pick up along with the black woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch were both very helpful and went above and beyond."

"I had a great experience shopping there recently. What I really love about this location is that their staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful - which is a RARE find in L.A. Tera in the Women’s department was especially helpful. She quickly found me many fashionable options for a new pair of jeans and was very pleasant. The experience was so amazing that I plan to consult with Tera anytime I need new clothes. She sent me links to what I didn’t buy in store so that I can easily find it online to order through the Nordstrom’s website at my convenience. This is the best store on the promenade!"

"Fifi is my go-to tailor in LA. She is extremely detail-oriented and has done a terrific job on countless pieces of mine, from basically remaking a coat for me, to my best friends' bridesmaid dress, to altering a casual jacket and a really nice silk skirt set, she has done an incredible job on each and every item. She is also such a nice person to be around, we laugh all the time. She also is very knowledgeable about things that are on-trend. She's helped me identify how things should look to make them more trendy. I'm very grateful for her, and Nordstrom Santa Monica is lucky to have her on the team!"

"You need to change the signage. States Always open from 8:30am. The lights were on at 8:30am so we tried the door. It was locked. Came back a few minutes later. Still locked. A female and male appeared inside. We tried again at 8:38am and caught the males attention. I asked if it was open. He said yes so I tried the doors to show they were still locked. He spoke over to the female then said “soon”. I pointed out the door signage. He shrugged. We went somewhere else."
