We have a husky in a life-threatening situation and urgently needing medical attention. On the way there, we called to inform them the situation. However, the receptionist only responded coldly said they are booked for the day and turning us away. Thankfully, the doctors promptly intervened and rushed to help. Saving lives should always be treated as the highest priority."
